Tape Logic® #800 Hot Melt Tape is a 2.2 mil clear polypropylene carton sealing tape with a hot melt adhesive system engineered for quiet, low-noise unwind and extra elongation under tension — two characteristics that set it apart from standard acrylic tapes in demanding sealing environments.

This tape is built for high-volume operations where adhesive consistency matters: e-commerce fulfillment centers, warehouse pack stations, manufacturing lines, and retail distribution facilities. The hot melt formula bonds reliably to recycled board, over-stuffed cartons, and film-based substrates — surfaces where standard adhesives can fail or lift.

The polypropylene film backing is rated for application between 32°F and 104°F, with a service temperature range of 10°F to 120°F, accommodating cold-storage staging as well as ambient warehouse conditions. Each case contains 36 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
