Tape Logic® #1000 Hot Melt Tape is a 3.0 mil clear polypropylene carton sealing tape engineered for high-volume operations. Its hot melt adhesive formula features a quiet, low-noise unwind and extra elongation that allows it to seal over overfilled or irregularly shaped cartons without tearing or flagging.

This tape is well suited for warehouse fulfillment centers, e-commerce shipping lines, manufacturing facilities, and retail distribution environments where consistent, high-speed carton closure is essential. It adheres reliably to recycled kraft, film-coated, and standard corrugated substrates.

The polypropylene film construction holds up across an application temperature range of 32°F to 104°F and a service temperature range of 10°F to 120°F, covering most standard storage and transit conditions. Each case contains 24 rolls, and compatible tape dispensers are available separately to support both individual workstations and high-throughput sealing lines.
