These 40 1/2 x 30 1/2 x 5 inch single wall corrugated Gaylord lids are engineered to fit matching single wall Gaylord containers of the same footprint, providing a secure top closure for bulk cargo applications. Constructed from ECT-32 kraft corrugated board, each lid ships flat and unassembled — tape, glue, or staples are required for assembly prior to use.

The 5" depth delivers full side coverage over the top edge of the Gaylord, helping contain loose or bulk materials and protecting contents from dust, debris, and incidental contact during storage or outbound freight staging. These lids are well suited for warehousing, manufacturing floors, distribution centers, and agricultural or industrial bulk packaging operations.

Each lid weighs approximately 1.488 lbs, adding minimal tare weight to bulk container setups. Sold in bundles of 5, they are easy to stock alongside your existing Gaylord container inventory and reorder as needed to maintain uninterrupted operations.
