These 12 1/2 x 4 x 20 inch gusseted nylon reinforced mailers deliver tear resistance that standard poly or paper mailers cannot match. Nylon fiber reinforcement runs throughout the mailer body, maintaining structural integrity under the stress of transit and handling — even when the gusset is fully expanded to its 4" depth.

The gusseted format suits apparel, soft goods, folded textiles, bundled documents, and other non-fragile items that carry depth but do not require interior cushioning. E-commerce fulfillment centers, subscription box operations, and direct-to-consumer apparel brands use this format to ship bulkier SKUs without stepping up to rigid box packaging.

Closure is compatible with tape or staple, fitting into existing packing line configurations without additional equipment. Each case contains 250 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
