These 4 x 3" fanfold thermal transfer labels are built for continuous, high-volume printing operations where media reloads slow production. The fanfold format stacks flat in a single continuous feed, eliminating the core changes associated with roll-based media and keeping print lines running longer between interruptions.

The flat-stack design suits warehouse receiving stations, fulfillment pick lines, and manufacturing floor label applicators equally well. Common applications include outbound shipping labels, carton identification, compliance labeling, and inventory tracking tags on cartons, polybags, and retail packaging.

Each label is constructed with bright white matte coated facestock and a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. The liner is perforated between labels for clean, consistent separation at the print head. A thermal transfer ribbon is required for image formation. Compatible with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and most other thermal transfer desktop and industrial printers. Each case contains 8,000 labels and ships via parcel carrier.
