3M™ 4466 Double Sided Foam Tape is a 1/16" closed cell polyethylene foam tape with rubber-based adhesive on both sides, supplied in a 1-inch wide, 36-yard roll. The foam core conforms to irregular and uneven surfaces, distributing stress and dampening vibration in ways rigid tapes cannot.

Its rubber adhesive bonds reliably to polyethylene, polypropylene, metals, painted surfaces, and composites, making it well suited for light assembly, part mounting, gap-filling, and fabrication tasks in manufacturing, electronics, signage, and facilities maintenance environments. The conformable construction is particularly effective where surface inconsistencies would prevent consistent contact with a flat tape.
