3M™ 4466 Double Sided Foam Tape is a 1/16" closed cell polyethylene foam tape with a rubber adhesive system, available in a 1/2" wide by 36-yard roll. The foam core is highly compressible and flexible, allowing it to conform to irregular or uneven surfaces while distributing stress and dampening vibration across the bond line.

This tape is well suited for indoor mounting, joining, and bonding applications where surface-to-surface contact requires a compressible interlayer. The rubber adhesive delivers reliable adhesion to polyethylene, polypropylene, and many other plastic substrates within an optimal temperature range of 70°F to 100°F, making it a practical choice for electronics assembly, light manufacturing, signage mounting, and maintenance applications.

Each case contains 18 rolls and ships via parcel carrier. The tape is sold by the case, making it an efficient stocking unit for production lines, assembly benches, and maintenance departments with recurring bonding needs.
